On June 14, 2020, exactly three years ago, Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his Bandra home in Mumbai. Fans have kindly shared posts on social media in memory of the Bollywood actor on the anniversary of his passing.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has had the case open for three years, but neither charges nor a formal closure have been brought. The Bihar Police first reported the murder case in 2020, and the investigation into it is still being conducted in secrecy because the central organisation won't provide any updates on how it's going.

"3 Years Of Sushant's Injustice. Black Day is on June 14. Miss you real hero Sushant Singh Rajput," a supporter who reportedly thinks the actor was killed, commented.

Sushan Singh Rajput was talented and difficult to forget. He will be kept alive throughout the course of this case and beyond. Another supporter expressing similar sentiments said, "We're not going to let the incident die off."

Another person said, "Today marks the black day in the Indian judicial system too because it denied an innocent person his basic fundamental right to justice and above all it is happening in a democratic country where we say law is equal for all (sic)."

The local Bandra police first filed an Accidental Death Report (ADR) after Sushant was discovered hanging at his residence and spoke with a number of people, including well-known actors and producers. The post-mortem report later confirmed the theory of suicide.

But the case has attracted a lot of media attention and public curiosity, with a number of hypotheses about the actor's alleged murder finding currency on social media after his passing. 

Allegations that there was a link between Sushant Singh Rajput's passing and the unfortunate death of his former assistant Disha Salian on June 8, 2020 added fuel to these rumours. Despite this, the Mumbai police's inquiry turned up no proof of any wrongdoing.
