No evidence Aryan was part of conspiracy, finds NCB’s SIT

The Narcotics Control Bureau's Special Investigation Team (SIT) has determined that Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan's son Aryan Khan were not involved in a "bigger drugs conspiracy" after months of investigation. "There is no indication that Aryan Khan was part of a bigger drugs plot or an international drugs trafficking ring," according to the SIT.
The SIT also reported that throughout their inquiry, various inconsistencies in the raid on the boat Cordelia came to light.
The significant findings of the SIT include Shah Rukh Khan's kid not being in possession of any drugs, which meant he didn't have to hand over his phone and his chats weren't scrutinised. Aryan Khan's discussion did not reveal any international narcotics syndicate, according to the facts that surfaced.
NCB's cruise raid was also not video-recorded, according to the report. Raids are supposed to be videotaped, according to the NCB's rulebook. Another important discovery was that the drugs material seized from multiple suspects in the investigation was listed as a single recovery.
Despite the lack of evidence against Aryan, the SIT investigation is not yet complete. In a few months, NCB Director General S N Pradhan will receive the final report.
In its bail ruling, the Bombay High Court made a similar statement. Nothing inappropriate was uncovered in the WhatsApp discussions of Aryan, Munmun Dhamecha, and Arbaaz Merchant, who were also arrested in October, according to the court.
"There is practically any positive evidence on record to persuade this Court that all of the accused defendants conspired to commit an unlawful act with the same intent."
