Karnataka CM believes BJP will be benefited from 5 states assembly election

The triumph of the BJP in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Manipur, and Goa, according to Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai, will have a 'good influence' on the party in Karnataka.
He stated that the results have energised party officials and cadres in Karnataka. He expressed optimism that the party will retake power in Karnataka in the 2023 Assembly elections. "These electoral victories would have a favourable impact on the BJP in Karnataka," he said.
"Programs led by Narendra Modi are pro-poor, pro-farmers, and pro-women." People have rewarded us for tackling the COVID-19 outbreak and reviving the economy. Narendra Modi and Yogi Adityanath's 'Double Engine Sarkar' has arrived in Uttar Pradesh. In Karnataka, too, we have already declared a series of pro-people budget initiatives that will be executed over the coming year, assisting us in winning the next elections," he said.
The Chief Minister declared that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Karnataka in April to present the State Government's achievements to the people.
Former Chief Minister B. S. Yediyurappa congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other BJP leaders on their election success, particularly in Uttar Pradesh. He claimed that the Congress party has lost ground in most parts of India and will soon vanish from the political landscape.
HDK pokes fun at Congress
Former Chief Minister and JD(S) leader H.D. Kumaraswamy said the results have come as a surprise to parties who believe they have already won power in Karnataka.
He stated that the findings have also imparted a lesson to those leaders who are striving to complete the JD (S). According to him, the results show that only a regional party like the JD(S) is capable of taking on the BJP.
"Thursday's result will cause the Congress party, which has a history of over 100 years, to reflect," he said, adding that the Congress had expressed confidence in forming governments in Goa and Punjab.
Mr. Kumaraswamy stated that the JD(S) will contest the next elections in Karnataka on the basis of irrigation difficulties, citing the results in Punjab and West Bengal as inspirations. "The situation in the five states that held elections differs from the situation in Karnataka," he continued.
