Strict action taken against Indians posting malicious posts

Mangaluru: A civil engineer from Mangaluru, working in an MNC at Kuwait recently lost his job after posting derogatory comments against Muslims and the Tablighi Jamaat congregation. 

Another Indian reportedly working as a hotel supervisor was fired after sharing a cartoon related to the congregation. Both of them were asked to exit the country once the airline resume its operations.

It is also learnt that a woman who works as an anaesthesia technician in Kuwait is also on the edge of losing her job for posting an anti-Islam Facebook post. 

Indians working in the Gulf posting derogatory and offensive comments against Muslims and Islam on social media are not fired from thier job but are also jailed. 

With increasing complaints, Indian Embassies in Gulf countries are not taking steps to educate Indians working abroad.
