Russian attack kills 35 people, Zelenskyy advocates for a no-fly zone

The confrontation between Russia and Ukraine is still escalating, with the former continuing to unleash attacks on Ukrainian civilian areas and bases. According to recent reports, Russian forces attacked a military training camp in Ukraine, killing 35 people.

Furthermore, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is pushing for a no-fly zone over the country as Russian attacks grow by the day. This came just hours after Russia launched an attack near the Polish border in Ukraine.

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has requested that NATO enforce a no-fly zone above the nation. "It is only a matter of time before Russian rockets fall on your country, on NATO territory," he warned.

According to Mykhailo Podoliak, an assistant to the head of the government under President Volodymyr Zelensky, the fourth round of peace talks between Ukraine and Russia will take place almost immediately. Today marks the 18th day of the Russia-Ukraine conflict. Delegations from both countries have met three times but have yielded no meaningful outcomes.

According to the Financial Times, Russia has requested military weaponry from China, ostensibly to aid in the invasion of Ukraine. This has caused concern in the United States, as it may jeopardise the West's attempts to assist Ukraine.

Lyudmila Denisova, Ukraine's human rights ombudsman, has reported that the Russian military has used phosphorus bombs in its operations on eastern Ukraine. Denisova also provided a photo of the attack to back up her storey.
