Actress Kajal Aggarwal is relishing every moment of her pregnancy. Her most recent Instagram post demonstrates that the actress is devoting a significant amount of time to building a healthy environment for herself and her child. In her post, the mom-to-be attempted to raise awareness about a pregnant mother's exercise programme.
Kajal posted a video of herself doing basic aerobic and muscular conditioning workouts. In the post, Kajal stated that pregnancy is a completely different ballgame. She posted a comprehensive piece about her pregnancy fitness journey. "I've always been a really active person who has worked out my entire life."Pregnancy is a whole different ballgame! All healthy pregnant women should be encouraged to engage in aerobic and strength training exercises as part of a healthy lifestyle during their pregnancy – Pilates and barre classes helped my body change for the better both before and during my pregnancy. This revolutionary method has made me feel stronger, longer, and slimmer. The goal of aerobic conditioning during pregnancy should be to maintain a good fitness level without attempting to achieve peak fitness."
