Media reviews have stated that pinnacle IT corporations like TCS, Wipro, Cognizant and Infosys are taking into account to quit Work From Home provision and ask the personnel to go back to workplace.

New Delhi: Big IT organizations are once more taking into account to invite their personnel to steadily get returned to paintings from workplace.

Though the organizations had introduced that the personnel might be requested to go back to workplace final September onwards, the growing instances of Omicron and localised lockdowns had placed a halt to the decisions.

According to media reports, top tech companies such as TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, and Infosys are considering ending the Work From Home deployment and asking employees to return to the office. 

According to a report in News 18, Wipro has asked all senior staff members who received both vaccines to return to the office by March 3. However, Wipro works in the office two days a week. Meanwhile, the rest of the employees can continue to work from home.

Tech biggie Cognizant  is also planning to reopen the office. However, this is not  mandatory for employees. Cognizant will ask  employees to voluntarily return to the office  from April. The Economic Times reported that Cognizant plans to gradually reopen its office. 

TCS  also enables employees to work with hybrid models. This means you can continue to work from home or even be in the office space. Similarly, Infosys plans to adopt a hybrid model for its employees over the next few months.
